Payment Terms

Payment for our services is to be made in full before the commencement of the training program.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if requested within 7 days of the program start date, minus an administration fee.

Confidentiality Agreement

All information shared during the coaching and consulting sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any materials provided during the training sessions are the intellectual property of Academia Optimal and shall not be reproduced without permission.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions with the trainers and fellow participants.

Academia Optimal shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
